What we collect
If you send a brief through a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, your email address and your message, plus the page you sent it from. If you email us, we receive your email. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on grideos.com.
Why we collect it
We use what you send to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.
Where it is kept
Netlify, Inc. hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service, and it stores form submissions for us. Netlify is based in the United States, so this information may be processed and stored outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs and email for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to info@grideos.com. Grideōs is an Alberta company and handles personal information under Canadian privacy law.
Pages for machines
The markdown pages, the facts ledger and the read-only MCP endpoint serve public information only. They do not collect personal information.
