What Grideōs is

Grideōs builds record systems for expert work. Its systems capture what people see, say, decide and do as the work happens, keep it as one structured record that moves with the work, and make that record verifiable. The legal entity is Grideos Global Corp., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. Grideōs is written with a macron over the o; Grideos is the same company.

Who it is for

Organizations whose work rests on expert judgement and has to hold up later: vehicle inspection and service, professional intake such as legal work, and sport associations that handle registration and consent. If a decision gets questioned months afterwards and the answer lives in someone's memory or a scattered set of tools, that is the problem Grideōs is built for.

What we build

One shared architecture, applied to different kinds of work.

Inspection to quoting

Spektacar + Valeur

Expert observations become a structured inspection record. That same information continues into quoting without re-entry, keeping the context with the work.

Conversation to intake

Legal systems

A client conversation becomes structured intake and a prepared case workflow, while provenance is retained. The system creates structure around high-context professional work.

Registration and consent

Varrow

Registration, consent and association operations become structured records, with protected information handled deliberately.

How it works

  1. Listen. Start from the expert: what they see, say, decide and do.
  2. Understand. Turn observations and conversation into meaning the system can use.
  3. Structure. Shape that meaning into one record as the work happens, not afterwards.
  4. Act. Let the record move the work forward without anyone re-entering it.
  5. Record. Keep one record that carries its context from step to step.
  6. Verify. Make the record checkable by people who were not in the room.

The trust layer

Ironwall is the trust layer beneath Grideōs systems: Zero-knowledge verification, classification at the edge, human presence, verified. Its public verifier runs at edge.grideos.com. The evidence, and how to check it yourself, is on the proof page.
